Restricing calls by Time of Day

So I have a request for a site that wants the following ,"prevent call before 8am in the eastern time zone"

This is on an Opt 11c.

If you have BARS set up on your switch you can set your RLI's with a TODS to prevent calls from going out before 8am. I am assuming you want to prevent calls from going out.

Change An NCOS After Hours

Here's an excerpt from the LD86 ESN data block that has NCOS 3 & 4 change to NCOS 2 after 4:30PM and all day on weekends
