Both my CD's just dissappeared from my computer. An error code 19 your registry may be corrupted is given by the trouble shooter.
Went to device manager and removed both units containing a yellow mark. Re-booted the system, both units were found, & reinstalled by win2. Once rebooted they were gone. I also went the trouble shooter route and reinstalled the last known good registry to no avail. Anyone have any ideas on why this is happening?

Sorry - no fix, but I now have the same problem
after letting my liquid audio player update itself.
My CD's return after deleting and rebooting, but have yellow exclimation points beside them and the same code 19
error you have. RLee@NCDOI.net

This problem, I experienced in the past. What seemed to have worked the best wast to:
1. create a set of win2k boot disk.
2. reinstalled a net set up of win2k
3. downloaded all the latest updates.
( exception: The latest direct X )
