Hi

I have just got a beautiful present from my dumbass IT assistant... he deleted a wrong user from the Users Domain Manager and deleted his mailbox from the Excahnge Administartor...

Is there any chance of restoring that users mail? I have created that account again and specified the same e-mail address but he has zero mail in the inbox and he had over 10000 messages.. PLease help...

I have recently saved the store files on the different computer is there a way of pulling out that users mail from it? Does the mail gets deleted once the user is deleted from Users Domain manager and from Exchange admin?

Thank you in advance...

P.S. oh and i forgot to mention that the deleted user is a financial manager... i'm so screwed...

Someone will need to verify this but;

Create a new server with identic server name etc as your mail server (off nework). Restore the store from your backup (when did you last check it?) then you'll have to pull the info out as a PST transfer onto a pc then log in to the newly re-created mail box and manually transfer then messages back.

Sounds easy when I type it.........

Good luck

Iain
