restoring logical volume

What's cmd for restoring a logical volume from Tivoli Storage Manager backup. I tried "restore image /dev/lv", but it didn't worked.

try to put dsmc restore image /dev/lv ...

most of the time we use the graphical interface of TSM to restore our filesystems.( in combination with X11 soft on my pc )
first an export DISPLAY=ipadress:0.0
then dsmc
select the backupset, select the files and then just restore
