I have a simple rule for restores and all my restores are 100% successful. As much as possible, I run the restore from the client from which the files were backed up. If that's not possible, I run it from the media server to which the files went to tape.

When I submit the job to restore, I specify the exact FQDN path for the restore - It is the middle option in the submit screen.

Why are you mixing forward slashes with backslashes? In your destination path you have \\Drcorp and then /DATA1/ADMIN/RPTMenu20.exe, maybe this is your problem. Also be sure you have your destination server included in the host properties of which servers can access this machine and the appropiate rights.

I do not know where it is getting the extra slash. I also noticed the same thing but it does not show up until I start my restore process.
