Restoring data from secondary

How to restore data from Secondary one..I copied the xbk file through terminal using xrt, the same shown as in Secondary..how to restore that from Secondary..

If you use the XRT command it usually places it in the backup store on SSC (Bottom one in your photo).

That file needs to be copied into the (Top) main storage area on your daughter board.

In your case it looks as if your backup file has already been copied onto the main storage location but it's not yet been activated.

To do this, you need to reboot the system. As you are able to get into "pdt", just type reboot-1 to reboot the system.

Yes I have send the xbk file using xrt followed by system reboot. How ever the same is shown in secondary and customer data is not updated..but patches are updated only..
To copy it into main what will be the path to the secondary file and what will be the path of the destination directory..

Are you entering in EDD in LD 43 after making any changes?.

Also in LD 17 under OVLY look for DROL and enter in 43.

The current settings are found in LD 22.

WHAT SHOULD BE THE SEQUENCE AFTER SENDING XBK FILE TO SYSTEM..
EDD then Reboot or

Reboot then EDD..??

Therefore, do XRT. Check in LD 43 that the file has loaded in using DAT by checking the customers database is in the Main (top) position.
Do a reboot.
Usually the system will do its own EDD within a couple of minutes after completing its boot up.
