Restoring contacts in users mailbox

Please Help,

I am using windows 2003 server and veritas 9.1.

Whilst trying to recover a users contacts folder, i get the following error message;

The job failed with the following error: Unable to attach to one of the drives.

I am probably being most stupid, but i would appreciate it if someone could enlighten me?

How are you trying to do this? Can you explain what you are doing so we can see where to point you?

I am using restore, the correct tape is in the correct location. . . I am selecting the users mailbox, then top of information store, then contacts.

Not sure whether there are any other settings that i need to check?

Does the account you are using to access BE have the correct access to that users mailbox?
