I am running Arcserve 6.0 build 518 on a Windows NT 4.0 SP6a server. This is my problem, After a successful backup I try to restore from tape. However, I cannot see all backed-up files. The activity log returns no errors. (In the back-up options I have selected log all activity.) According to the activity log all files are backed up and merged successfully. After a back-up I have manually merged the tape and also ran a compare successfully. I also tried deleting the job and recreating it with no luck. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
