Restoring Audrey Audix 1

How do you re-set a previously used voice mail box so that the new user gets the Audrey Audix prompts for setting up their voice mail box? I'm simply a back up person for our phone system and our sys admin insists that once a voice mail box is activated you cannot put the Audrey prompts back on.

You have to remove the mailbox and add it back in again. AUDIX will treat it like a brand new mailbox.

The easiest way is to remove the mailbox from the system and then reassign it as new. I do it all the time.

i get audrey when i set the password to one shorter than the minimum required length.
when user logs on with the short temp password, audrey welcomes, and prompts for new password, name, message.

no box deletion required
