Restore Pub/Priv exchange file to different location??

I am trying to restore the pub or priv file to a different location, however arcserve keeps coming up with "E3022 - No valid destination". I have tried to restore to several locations, including a spare mail server.

Any ideas??

Do you have the exchange agent on the server you are trying to restore to? Also, the store name must be the same. At least it did in V9.

The spare mail server has the agent on, but still no success, the store name is also the same. Will it only restore to the same location?

Im using Arcserve 2000

It will restore to a different location as long as the name is the same. I've done it with 2000. Do you have the store put in restore mode? When you select the destination to restore to, what you picking (I'm trying to remember the screen....)? Do you open the agent and see the store?
