Restore Exchage server with Arcserve 2000

Does anyone have any experience in restoring an online backup of the whole exchange-server with arcserve? I need to setup a test environment to a test server
We use:
Windows 2000 member server
Arcserve 2000 sp3
Exchange 5.5 sp 4
Backup exchange agent

Does anyone have any tips? What are the steps?
