restore backup but dates are incorrect

im running a restore but not to the original location.

the dates on the folders are reflecting the restore date and not the original folder creation dates.

how can i get the original dates back? do i need to restore to the original location? ive checked options but i couldnt find anything....

More details of the version of Arcserve being used and patch level would be of help..

also, ive noticed some folder have the correct restore or modified dates and some dont....go figure.

Patch up to the latest 11.1 level - is this a standard flat-file restore, and agent, or an image backup restore?
