Restore a Profile in XP 1

I have had to replace a computer because of an incompatibility with VIA's accelerator and the MB, anyway I would like to know how to transfer the users settings to the new computer. The issue rendered the HD useless but I do have an explorable image I can pull files from. The user is part of a domain and when I navigate to the Documents and Settings folder the files are there but I need to know what to transfer.
