Hope you are shutting down properly... I mean.. when you press START--> ShutDown... a window appears.. where in RESTART OPTION is also available. You should make the bulletmark appear againt the shut down. If you are a novice, the above makes sense. If you are an expert, then this is probably not the cause... Best of luck. ramani :-9
