I can't access Element Manager via System Manager in CS1000E R7.5.
It's annoying to have to call our PBX support vendor every time it happens.

I can SSH into the signaling server just fine and can cslogin into the call server as well.
What service(s) do I need to restart and how to do it so that I can access it again?

Hello,

you need to ssh to the Server housing the EM then you need to restart the JBoss Service, could be done during bussines hours will take about 10 minutes there will be no interruption you Need to type in:

appstart Jboss-Quantum restart

all is case sensitive

this happens very often on CPPM Servers not on COTS

I would also ask your vendor to make sure everything is patched current and if not, which I bet it isn't, have them update all the patches. This should take care of your issue. Probably the EmWeb patch is the issue. Plus Element Manager isn't a direct link from System Manager. From System Manager 6.3 the link says Communication Server 1000 link under Elements, then you will see the Element Manager link for your PBX.
