Hi, I am working with a G3Si V12. The CDR link is showing down w/ number of retries at 999. My login does not have maintenance permissions, so I cannot use "busy/test/release cdr" commands. I was told to try "cha ip-serv" and temporary flag RSP to "no", but that did not have any effect. Is there another way to bounce the cdr link? Thanks -SW

and hope that the only service tied to that CLAN is CDR. ;-)

I found someone on site today that was willing to re-seat the clan and that did the trick. One problem however is that it also cleared all cached cdr records. Does that make sense that they would be lost when the clan is re-seated?
