response file?

Hi,

Is it possible to create a response files for patches?
I've never made one before.

I'd like to be able to silently push 2 arcserve patches using SMS, but only local and remote appear as options when I click the mastersetup.exe

How do I create a response file? or is there a switch that will install them silently?

Okay, I checked out that link, but am not really sure how to create the .ini file...

here is one of the patches I want to install silently
