respond to mouse click in presentation

Hi all,

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question, but it is related to presentation, which in turn is related to powerpoint.

I saw some videos in this website:


and when the are making a presentation, the mouse click actions are visualized. For example, red ripples will appear with a left click. I think this function is excellent for presentation. especially when we are introducing a software or a website. Is there any software that can do this? Thanks.
