Resources planning for Avaya managed services support

We have S8720 server with 2 g650 GW and 2000 station...Request you to let us know how many engineer I need to have for supporting this setup for 24/7

So 2-3, unless the person can work 24 hours a day. That can't be healthy though.

 
If you need to support the system 24/7 you are definitely going to be needing more than 1 engineer. Plus there are a few other factors such as what type of trunking do you use? How geographically spread is the system? Is there a call center involved? Do you have your telecom engineer also working on the data network?
 
Indeed agree with all of the above , when you say support do you mean if the system dies the engineer has the skills to rebuild the entire estate or is it day to day admin for moves and changes .... I would say a minimum of 3 for admin due to the shift pattern and holidays etc , it really depends on what skills the engineers require etc , from there maybe better advice can be provided.
