Resource kit !!!!

Dears,

I would like know if it's possible to install resource kit supplement four for NT 4.0 on a fat partition. If yes, which the procedure to do this beacuse the resource kit installation, that I have started, becomes "not responding" when I see the message "setup is upgrading your system" ?
