I just started using Microsoft Project 2000 and I need to know how to put in a set amount of hours of work, over my choice of days, with the utilization of the resource at 50%.
I don't want it to calculate how many days or how many hours it is going to take, I want to be able to SAY how many hours over my amount of days.
EX:
Paul can only work on this project 50% of his time. A certain task is going to take 48 hours, but over the course of 3 weeks. While he is doing this task, he will be doing other tasks from the same project.
Is that at all possibe to do with keeping his utilization at 50%?
