Hi,

Does anybody know why the WebSphere Resource Analyser (ra.sh only -- my ra.bat will work) fails when Global Security is enabled on the Admin Console. If so, is there a solution?

Once you enable security, you must now authenticate before connecting for PMI.

below is an exerpt from an IBM site

Using PMI with security
When the WebSphere Application Server security is turned ON, the user needs to be authenticated before calling any PMI API. You can configure the %WAS_HOME%\properties\sas.client.props to choose the appropriate login source.
