You'll have to forgive me...I'm not a Citrix "n00b" but I'm also not a Citrix guru. I've got four systems all running citrix through a frame-relay T1 line to the main office, but one of them has quite an odd error. When the user logs in to the Custom Connection, the screen goes to 97% as we have specified, but as soon as the login happens, it shrinks to 640x480, which is ungodly small. We've played with full screen options, etc, to no avail. Anyone have any solutions?

does this happen on all pc's? If not that means it's workstation issue.Try uninstalling & reinstalling the ica citrix client.
Try it on another pc and see if you get the same results.

It seemed to be specific to that system and that remote login user. When I logged into another remote user on that system, it worked fine. When I logged in with that remote user on another system, it worked fine. Probably a problem in the registry, but I'm too lazy to get to the bottom of it. It's fixed, the client is happy, I don't care what the problem was, it's solved now.

We have a new Windows 2003 server we're going to use as a terminal server to provide web access our network. When testing users (inside, we haven't even tried it from outside) try to connect to \\servername\tsweb we get the error "Remote Desktop Web Connection ActiveX Control could not be installed".

Turned off the firewall on the client machine, allowed activex controls in the browser settings, still the same problem. I checked the version of the OCX file against the code in the web page, looks good. Nothing in the event logs on the server or client.
