How can I increase the size of a jpeg image using Paint Shop Pro 7.0 without affecting the resolution of the image?

You can only resize just so far before image quality starts to deteriorate. What size is the image now, how big/small do you want the final image, and what is the current resolution? Also, are you going to print the image or show it on a web page - makes a big difference.

The best thing is to just try it. You ,ight be surprised.

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!

Give a try. There's a freeware version.

It claims to optimise resolution for enlargements and seems to do a better job than bicubic resampling. There's a resolution hit when you do anything to a jpeg image!
