resize partition

After moving my system to a larger drive using hdclone I now have two partitions, one huge and empty and one small one with my system in it. Is Partition manager from Ranish.com as recommended by bcastner some time ago still the preferred (free) option?

I have also used qparted, an interface to ntfsresize. You can find it on the Ultimate Windows Boot CD and in other Linux boot distributions:
