resize database for PDM / DNA

Hello.

I've got DNA server ver 5.6 with Performance Data manager.
And guy which was making installation - installed PDM with database size = 1 month.
And now every 1st day of month all old data are removed from database.

I'm wondering that there should be some way to extend this period to
few months. I know that this is an option when I'm installing new system.

Is there any chance to extend this database ?

I've found probably settings form in two places:
- in registry : HKLM\Software\Ericsson\PMG = 1
option : PrimarySize
- in database "pmglocks" table siteconfig, field pridbsize = 1

Does any one tried to do that ?

Hi!

You can get wich month you want, if you use PDM and Update Datebase. There can you choose 1 month you want to se reports on, then.

Hello.

Yes I know this but per example if I want to see report for two months ago I've to go to DNA server and import this month to database.
I'm asking about option to resize this database.
As I've writed earlier - there is a option when I'm installing server to store in database up to 6 month back.
And I want to change this option without reinstalling whole server. This is a production server and I don't have option to turn it off for a while to reinstall system...

just run the DNA Setup a choose Resize Database. There you have the chance to change the Database for pdm.

my managment aggred to turn off server for resize database.
So problem will be solved in few days

LIMSwitch has it right. Just re-run the installation and change from there.
