Anyone know how to get my data labels to word wrap on my chart? The size of the labels doesn't seem to be changeable. What i don't get is that they are word wrapped on some and not on others. I need to get it to wrap more of them so they will fit in my publication. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Hi SKip - my data labels were coming from an excel spreadsheet, so I couldn't edit them without compromising that spreadsheet, which was part of my publication. What I did discover though, is that changing the size of the chart area would force some of them to wrap if they were close to the edge of the chart area. That was what I needed, as they were linked into a pagemaker document and weren't fitting correctly on my final document pages. Trial and error, but hopefully it will help someone else in the future.

I just clicked on the chart, selecting the entire thing - it gives me the black tiny squares at the edge of the whitespace. Dragging those inward made the whitespace behind the chart smaller, and forced some of the labels to wrap. After a few tweaks, moving the ones I wanted to wrap closer to the edges, I got it to work.
