I am working on a PA/intercom system that uses 25V lines for talkback speakers. The documentation for the system states that a 47k-Ohm resistor should be placed across each unused audio pair.
I'm doing the cross-connections on BIX blocks (I live up North) and I'm wondering if it's okay to be punching down the legs of the resistors right onto the block or not. Has anyone here ever punched down resistors directly onto a block (66 or 110 included), or is there a different way I should be going about this?
Thanks,
Matteo
