Resetting password 9621g

I just finished an installation 9.1 with 9621G phones i set all passwords on the users to 123456.

After powering down the system and placing on customer site none of the phones will allow me to login, the only way i am able to get it to work is deleting the user and creating the again.

just to be clear, where did you assign the log in passwords?

in manager/user/password i set all passwords to 123456 when i login i get login error

should be user/telephony/supervisor settings/log in code

You need to go to manager, select the user, go to the telephony tab, go to the Supervisor Settings tab and add 123456 in the Login Code field, save and merge.
