resetting partner plus R4.1

I just received a partner plus R4.1 system, what is the feature code to reset the entire system back to the default settings? I use to know it but just can not remember, and I'm having no luck in the manuals. I just want to wipe all the settings off and have them as the defaults. Would appreciate any help!

Try #989 then enter 25327 (clear).
Works for ACS...never tried it on a P+
