Hi,

Can anyone explain how the above is accomplished. I am developing a crystal report to print customer statements, some of which span many pages. In the group header i have set the page number field, and i have ticked the box to reset after each group in the format section. However i noticed that all pages for group1 has the same number. what i want to do is to increment the page number gor each group. I know i need formulae but don't know where to start.

Thanks in advance.

Do you have the group header set to print on each page? If so this is most likely your culprit. Place the headings on the page header rather than the group header, and turn off repeat group header on every page, and let meknow what happens.

Thanks, I'll try this and let you know what happens.
