Hi,

I have an urgent problem so I hope there is a easy solution !

I'm setting up a loan PC at work because I'm going to be away for a few days. I've set everything up but I've got stuck with Outlook 2007.

I logged on and got the usual wizard where you type in the server name and user name. I entered my own name to test it, but now I wish I hadn't !

Each time I now log on to Exchange, it opens up my mailbox which no-one else should see !!

I thought I could just reset Outlook so that it came up with the wizard again, but I can't get that to happen. Control Panel / Mail / Email accounts won't allow me to delete the account - it won't even allow me to change it to another name.

Getting frustrated, I thought if I remove Outlook and reinstall that must solve the problem by putting back the defaults - but it hasn't !!!

Can you help me ?

Regards,
Julia

Eureka !

I just had an idea - and it worked.

In Control Panel/Mail, I created a new Profile with no email accounts and told the system to use that.

Now the wizard comes up as soon as you fire up Outlook.

Julia
