Resetting Form When Opened

How and where do I set code to reset my form so all the entry boxes are blank when the form is opened for the first time?

You have to create a macro. Here is what you do.
Open the form in Design view and right click the upper left corner and select form properties. Go to the "On Open" under the events tab and click on the button to the right of the field. It should ask you to select code, macro, etc. Select macro. Select the GoToRecord action and on the properties at the bottom select form,then select the name of the form you are working on and then the last line select new. If you have any problems you can email me and I will be glad to send screen shots with examples.
