Resetting a 9650 IP Phone 1

I'm trying to reset my 9650 IP phone and mute reset doesn't seem to be working.. does anyone know the proper code to do this?

I *think* you have to press Mute, {password}, #. That gets you to the menu with restart, etc. Password is probably craft or similar.
