reseting password on cp150 conected to option 11

does anyone know how to reset a cp150 password to default.
the previous tech for this site left and i am unable to administer the the system.
i have tried the procedure outline in the manual however i am getting a recording that states the general delivery mailbox has been locked for security reasons.
 
I con't think you can have a Call Pilot 150 connected to an Option 11. The 150 is a Norstar product and the Option 11 is a Meridian product.
 
yes i do have cp150 conectedto an option 11 and i have tested it with a norstar and it will not word with it.
i understand that the software cards are different.
 
Option 11 Call Pilot doesnt have software cards, it is a tower or rack mounted server, the 150 is a small gray box hanging on the wall. I think either you are misnaming what you have or you have the only 150 CP on an option 11 in the world haha
 
I know it is hard to believe it was purchase as a system bundle from nortel and it is working just fine.
It is just that i need to change some password and add new employees to the system. .
The software on the pcmcia card is different from the cp150 for the norstar system.
