Reseting IP Phones

Hi

Could someone please remind me how to reset a Ip phone can remember the combination of keys that you need to press.

What type of phone is it?

Generally when the phone boots up, you need to press the keys beneath the display from left to right when it reaches the Nortel screen.

I have not test it but try: mute, up, down, up, down, up, mute, 9, rls or unplug the phone and plug again when display shows nortel network press the buttons under display
