reseting an IP phone.....

New to the Avaya line, I am a former NORTEL guy.....how do you reset an IP phone???? Isn't it something like press "mute" and then spell "reset"???

Exactly, just press "mute", then type 73738 ("RESET") and in the and press '#'.
Then you will have two option:
- reset values
or
- restart phone
