Hello,
I have a 3 site IP Office trying to run a SCN.
Site 1- is a 500v2 running 6.1.20
site 2-is a 406v2 running 6.1.20
site 3- is a 412 (currently running 6.1.5).
We are trying to upgrade site three to 6.1.20 to keep the SCN functional however when we go to the upgrade wizard I believe what is happening is its not accepting the system password "password"
I have reset security settings a couple times, Rebooted, and still get stuck in the upgrade wizard screen. Any tips are greatly appreciated!
- All appropriate licensing has been acquired/swapped to SD& Serial Dongles respectivly

Are you sure the working directory is pointing to the right files?
When you rest the security settings, did you get an OK or an Error?
Open monitor and try the upgrade.
when you have the wrong password then you will see that it in monitor.

BAZINGA!
