It has been an eternity since I have had to reset an IP phone. I do know there is a sequence dialed via the keypad which allows the phone set to be reset. A user has entered the incorrect IP address causing an address conflict. Please adivise. Thanks.

Thanks, I actually retreived the dial sequence. The user has an "address conflict" message on the screen. The reset feature is not resetting the phone. Any suggestions?
Pull the cable and press * on boot up (when it say you can)
But it should work
