can 13.12 tape be used to reset the admin pw?

thanks in advance ...cant seem to find the right tape

you need to go into the tools menu to reset that password, using the install tape will default the password if you do a complete install. but you'll have to enter the keycodes and rebuild the customer database

sorry for being vague ...
we dont have the tools login either - so was planning on running the install tape and run the utility there to restore default password

If you run the install tape, You should find the section on how to regenerate the password.

Reboot with the install tape, there is a choice available when it boots, to reset password. Once you reset it, you just have to boot back up. Timm Hooley, Nextiraone
