We recently had someone leave and they changed their password on their phone system from their extension. I now have a new user and we are needing to use this phone, any help on how to reset the password?

Reset Phone Password

The procedure should vary a little for different NBX versions but you must go to the Password administration part of the GUI and select User Password as the kind of password you want to reset, then choose the extension number and click Reset.
This procedure will set the User Password to the same number as the extension. For example, Ext. 1000, Pwd 1000.
