Reset password on Centillion 100

can anyone tell me how to reset the password on a centillion 100. I bought a used one w/o software or mcp cable. I have purchased those but now I cannot configure it.

Did you get this problem sorted,
Ive just bought a centillion100 and have the same problem.

I cant even talk to it with a terminal session.

No. the switch is just sitting in my house. There is a reset jumper on the MCP board but that was of no help. The only thing I can even think of is sending the MCP board to nortel and having to pay to have it reset

Do you get anything on your console during boot? If so isthere ever a display along the lines of 'press any key to interrupt autoboot'?

I get nothing, I am sure the serial cable is correct.
I would expect to see something like a POST but nothing.

Does this mean Ive bought a lemon?
