Reset NAM Password

Hi,
Can anyone forward me information on how to reset the Voicemail password. Unfortunately, the person that is responsible for the main greeting changed the password and unfrotunately the password as well. And now, she does not remember what she changed it to. I need to reset one of my user's password and I can't get in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS: I can get in in my PBX system via RAD and get the other passwords.

We cannot give passwords....
You need to look in the Setup &Operation guide for any norstar voice mail.

Is there a way to provide limited access so a person can only change the main greeting?

No, there's only one level of admin programming for voicemail.
