I have a CS1000E with Geographic redundancy (not working yet - just noting because of my annoyance) with about 350 sets deployed around town at about 19 MGs - I am making some changes to the DHCP scope and would like to reset all the sets remotely so they will acquire the new DHCP info - any help on how I can do this through the system without visiting each set?

Thanks in advance!

You can use the following command in LD 117:

RST ZONE - Reset Ethersets in specified zone

If that doesn't work and the phones are powered via POE, you can turn off power to each port on the switches. A little more work but do able.

Log into the SigServer and type:

isetReset all

If you have more than one sigserver, you will need to log into all followers and do the same.

Thanks everyone - the sets are spread out over multiple schools throughout the county, so unplugging every switch would be super time consuming, but I will try the other options!
