I have a customer that has lost their general delivery password.
This customer was given instructions on programming their mailbox,but it has never worked.the previous secretary/operator's voice is on the mailbox(this is the operator's set which is ext 2439).
They are unable to re-record their alt and prime greeting.
Do I have to rip out the mailbox and rebuild-it?
Can someone help me straighten this out for my customer?
I am not opposed to starting the general delivery mailbox from scratch,but I'm not sure where to start.
The operator retrieves her messages from a bogus mailbox #8628 whats up with this?
