Reset DN's 2

I remember there was a way to reset the DN's all to factory settings or was that a dream? want to attempt this on a MICS 7.1.. and once i do that do i need to reset the call pilot that's attached? I don't have to right unless the recorded digits change?.. now this is a 2 port call pilot should it be connected to a certain port/s?

To rest the system do a ** STARTUP but it need to be on a power up with in 15 minutes. CP needs to do a REINSTALL this is done in adminisrtation under 1. And the CP ports can be anywhere bu usually it's on the last ports.
