Reset Avaya Call Monitor password

Hello,

I am trying to access the access the Avaya call monitor software, I tried to connect using default password "password" but it does not connect.
How can i reset the password from the manager?

Reset it thru the manager > security settings

It's called "monitor password" in unsecured interfaces, or is call monitor your name for something else?

The old password was set up by the old admin, tried resetting, its greyed out when i try to change it.

Then reset the security settings.
It will be default for all passwords so change them all again.
