Hi all,
About a year ago we removed our Avaya Partner ACS R8.0 and upgraded to an Asterisk VoIP system. The system has been sitting in a closet since and I'm getting ready to sell it. (If you're interested, please get in touch.)
I need to remove all voicemails, AA, speed dials, etc. because I don't know where this system will end up in the future. I have already run a "#989". However, I now cannot access the voicemail system. Dialing 777 or hitting the "Access Voicemail" button just gives me a busy tone. The light of the Partner Messaging unit is orange... it was like that before I ran the #989 default. A 6-port access card is installed is installed. What could be the cause of this and is there a solution?
