Reset a Mbx on an EliteMail VMP

I need to reset a mailbox on an EliteMail VMP. Does anybody have instructions on how to do this off of the Soft Keys on a phone? I have logged into mbx100 and can't access the MGR to reset the mbx.

This can only be done from a mailbox with manager status. Try logging in as box 632, the nec default box.
