Is there any easy way to reset a flash 4? I bought a referbished voice mail and it will not let me build anymore than 32 mailboxes and I should have 48. also how would I go about changing the admin mailbox to something other than 1002 that is one of our extentions?

reset a flash 4 to new!

Sounds to me like you have a Call Pilot not a Flash 4- and you only have a 32 seat license.
If it were a flash you wouldn't have those restrictions...

To reboot it alls ya have to do is go in to the system f983, password , then press 1
Then type reinstall, it will ask you if you want to reset data base, press yes.
Once its done you will have to initialize it by pressing feature button then type 903
once you have done that you will need type feature button , then 983, it will ask you for a password, type in "config" then follow the steps.
after that you will be able to go in with the default password.
